Bela Padilla's acoustic version of "For the Rest Of My Life" is proof that an already incredibly beautiful song, if given a "bigger and brighter" soapbox, will be heard and appreciated by so many more.
While her rendition may be cute, charming, and a little unconventional (compared to current pop songs), I still believe Side A's perfect harmony of music and voices tug at the heartstrings a tad bit more. Perhaps a little biased, but Leevon's soulful voice just sounds calming, comforting any time or day.
Although I am super proud of Ned and extremely thankful and happy that his composition has now reached a wider audience, I'm also somewhat frustrated with how this song is only now getting all the credit it so rightfully deserves.
